Upgrade options for compaq server

I have an ML350 G3 server which has two Xeon processors.

I want to know whether I have any upgrade possibilities.

Specifically, can I get a 64bit capability with VT = Yes?

The current processors are

Intel® Xeon® Processor 2.80 GHz, 512K Cache, 533 MHz FSB

The spec being SL6VN. The socket is PPGA604.

Very unlikely - Intel 64 (formerly EM64T) was first introduced with Xeon processor with 800MHz FSB, and VT was first introduced with Intel Xeon processor 5000 sequence. Neither would work on an old 533MHz 604 socket.
