Intel does the bios for Intel boards/systems.

Dell does the bios for Dell boards/systems.

 

Doc (not an Intel employee or contractor)
[Maybe Windows 12 will be better]

As previously stated, if your system has a Dell-manufactured motherboard instead of one manufactured by Intel the BIOS and all updates related to that component should be provided by Dell, if this is the case, please contact them directly. Feel free to use the link below.
