The unit is not able to boot up, we can see the problem is isolated to voltage sensors when CPU is powered.
Marking
Debug and analysis:
By measuring U7G1 Power supplies, we noticed VCCIN is attenuated from 1.8v to 1.65v:
By confirming with curve tracer with different configurations, there are no big differences when comparing them with a good one:
Additional information:
1. BGA was not previously repaired.
2. There were no repairs around BGA that could cause this problem.
3. Voltage circuit on pcba was validated, no problem was found that could cause this problem.
4. The unit showed the boot up problem from the beginning.
5. BGA reflowed in order to verify if it fixes the high impedance and voltage problem.
6. By isolating the VCCIN PS from U7G1, the high impedance was still present on BGA end.

Hello Pablo4,
Thank you for posting in Intel Communities.
Based on the document you attached, can you confirm the product in question is an intel Xeon XEON D-1649N? I may have to transfer this thread if this is indeed a server CPU.
I'll wait for your reply.
Best regards,
JeanetteC.
