W2600CR USB (all ports) doesn't work

Problem: USB (all ports) doesn't work in BIOS and Win7

It sometimes starts to work after I do a power cycle a few times, then stops working again.

Please make sure you have the latest firmware on the server system:

If the issue persists we suggest checking your warranty options to replace the board.
