Where to download SPSInfo

I'm looking for link to download SPSinfoLin64 and SPSinfoWin64.

Could someone tell me where to get these tools?

If not, what do you mean when you say you want to have SPSinfoLin64 and SPSinfoWin64? 🧐

After a simple google search, I found that spsInfoWin64.exe confirms that ME engine is running. 

 

However, in order to get some clear answers, I think you should elaborate a bit on what exactly you want to do, what you need and why.
