After running the Optimiser for SSD 320-120G3 Windows 7 - 64 does not restart. BIOS does not recognise the boot partition of the drive and tries to boot from the other source.
Forced boot from the SSD (via BIOS 'select boot media' option) returns the error ''Reboot and Select proper Boot device or Insert Boot Media in selected Boot device and press a key'
The repair done with the Windows 7 DVD reports sucessfull recovery of the system, but the boot from the disk still does not happen.
Via WIndows 7 DVD 'Locate Driver' option I can see the data on the disk. I can even run the 'Disk Recovery' option
Changing the SATA cable does not help.

If you don't get much response from the Server Room, try the SSD community over at http://communities.intel.com/community/tech/solidstate http://communities.intel.com/community/tech/solidstate, too.

Fixed it myself.
