We are getting (sometimes like today) Windows Error event 11 and 129 (Windows 2003 64bit sp2, Windows 2008 64bi) on MFSYS25.

When we check on KVM Reports -> Events all is ok !

What is wrong?

Have you checked the basics, like the latest/correct driver for windows, checking the storage logs, and making sure you're using tested hard drives?

we have all tested hardware for MFSYS25, latest drivers. Yesterday we have update firmware for MFSYS25 to version 5.
