Hi a couple of weeks ago I am using Intel XTU, at first I had no problems, but one day I woke up and turned on my computer normally and when I started the program it said "Unable to start Intel Extreme Tuning Utility. If there is another performance tunning application running, you must close it before trying to start this application. " I don't know what happens, the truth is I have reviewed and I do not have any other program, the program worked excellent the first week.
My current version of windows is: Windows 10 home Version 1909.
My PC specs:
Intel I5 9300H
GTX 1050 3GB
16 GB RAM
256GB M.V2 SSD
HDD 1TB
When I started using it I had no problems, now I don't know what to do, if they can help it would be perfect.

Your H processor is not supported by XTU. XTU only supports X and K processors.

On the XTU download page, it clearly says:
"Intel XTU may or may not work on unsupported processors."
That page also tells you which processors are supported:
