Hello, everyone!

I have a question when using GNR server, my machines is consist of 3 cpu dies, so when the first die communicate with the third cpu die, does it need to transfer through the middle cpu die or is there any fast path which connects the first and the third cpu die?

I think there is a fast path but I cannot find any useful information.

Thanks!

@McCalpinJohn I have learned a lot from your previous answers, especially about CHA/SF parts. I will very appreciate it if you can offer me some advises. Besides, I searched a lot about the scenario of cross-die, but could not get any useful information, do you know the change of CHA when there are multiple CPU dies?  Thank you very much!
