I turned off server, unplugged power cables from power supply unit. Than I plugged it back and tried to start server by power button, but when I pushed power button, LED on power supply unit became red and server didn't start.

Power supply issue ?

Was there anything that was replaced when you did the power down/unplugging steps ? What chassis are you using ?

There is a list of http://www.intel.com/support/motherboards/server/s5000vsa/sb/CS-022704.htm compatible chassis that may help you with determining which chassis to use. The http://www.intel.com/support/motherboards/server/sb/CS-022646.htm power budget tool is also something that you can use to compute for power requirements depending on what peripherals you use.
