Hello Visirs,

Thank you for contacting Intel Customer Support.

I understand that you are getting 3 beeps when booting your Intel® Server Board S7200AP with your Intel® Xeon Phi™ Processor 7210.

Three beep codes during the post indicate a memory error. Is this a new installation? and if not, have you recently made any hardware changes on your system?

You can find more information here:

https://www.intel.com/content/dam/support/us/en/documents/server-products/S7200AP-APR-Service-Guide.pdf page 93

Can you please share with us the part number of the memory that you are using? How much memory do you have on your system?

Have you tried to test your system without memory or with the minimum system configuration?

Best regards,
