Hello JSwif6,

Windows Small Business Server 2011 is based on Windows Server 2008, this operating system is not compatible with the Intel® Server Board S2600STBR. In regards, your problem with the keyboard and the mouse, it can be possible that your operating system does not have embedded drivers for USB 3.0.
