I understand that sometimes updating the firmware may be confusing. The best way to do this is is through the EFI shell.

In this case download the firmware package in the following link:

If your board is an S1200V3RPS use the following link:

https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/26537/Intel-Server-Board-S1200V3RPS-Firmware-Update-Packag... https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/26537/Intel-Server-Board-S1200V3RPS-Firmware-Update-Packag...

If you server board is either S1200V3RPL/S1200V3RPO/S1200V3RPM

use this link below:

https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/26301/Intel-Server-Board-S1200V3RPL-S1200V3RPO-S1200V3RPM-... https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/26301/Intel-Server-Board-S1200V3RPL-S1200V3RPO-S1200V3RPM-...

The instructions are as follows:

-Once you extract the package copy all the contents of the folder into the root of a flash drive formatted as FAT32.

-Reboot the system and press F6 to go to the boot options.

-Choose internal EFI shell and press enter.

-The system will boot to EFI and read tha package automatically if the contents are in the root

-Just press any key to continue when it asks for it.

-Let it run all the packages (BIOS, BMC, ME and FRUSDR).
