I have just purchased a intel se7221bk1 and when I attempt to power it on I receive an amber blinking light near the rear of the board. The processor I am using is a INTEL RF **P4/3.4/SL96J/651/64BT R and Intel Pentium 4 3.0GHz 800MHz 2MB LGA775 CPU. Any help would be great.

Marcus,
The SE72212BK1 went end of life with Intel in February 2007. That means that the three year warranty for all shipped SE7221BK1s ended around the February 2010 or there abouts. The SE7221BK1 also reached end of interactive support (EOIS) December 1st, 2008.
You can find available support information here:
http://www.intel.com/p/en_US/support/highlights/server/se7221bk1-e http://www.intel.com/p/en_US/support/highlights/server/se7221bk1-e
The support site has the latest drivers and software, compatibility lists, Technical Product Specification and Product User's Guide available. There are also some troubleshooting articles available there.
Good Luck,
John
