iqvw64e.sys引起蓝屏

我最近有3台PXIe8840 在运行win7时发生蓝屏，经分析是由iqvw64e.sys驱动引起的，请问引起这一原因是什么。

我检查了设备管理器的驱动，并没有iqvw64e.sys这个驱动啊
