problem in updating firmware in NIC

I have been trying to update my firmware from 8.40 to 9.01for my NIC prodect: Ethernet controller XL710 for 40GbE QSPF+ for DPDK applications. But I am repeatedly getting errors like access unavailable I resolved this, I am now getting update unavailable. I tried to update by downloading it from website https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/download/18190/742513/non-volatile-memory-nvm-update-utility-for-intel-ethernet-network-adapter-700-series.html.  I have attached the error image that I am getting.  Help me in rectifying it.
