At me problem with s1200sps
In case of installation of the Windows 7 64bit/server 2008 r2 - doesn't see usb the keypad and a mouse, I can't begin installation!
I apologize if a question simple, but I don't know what to do with it.

We would like to inform you that the issue you are experiencing is an operating system limitation since Windows 7 and 2008 R2 does not offer 3.0 USB support. Our best recommendation is following the workaround described on the following link:

This solution works for Windows server 2008R2 not for Windows server 2008. Any advice for Windows server 2008?

The workaround has been proven to work with both operating systems successfully. Now please keep in mind that these operating systems are not validated for the board reason why we recommend testing a fully compatible version instead to address the issue:
