s2600cp tpm module pin pitch

I want to know TPM(Trusted Platform Module) connector pitch of Intel S2600CP server board.

Do anyone know this?

I just have unreliable information as follow.

In "Intel Server Board S2600CP and Server System P4000CP TPS" document, it says that TXT(Trusted Execution Techonology) requires TPM v1.2.

Therefore, I searched "trusted platform module 1.2 connector s2600cp2" and found the link(http://download.intel.com/support/motherboards/server/sb/g21682003_tpm_hwug.pdf http://download.intel.com/support/motherboards/server/sb/g21682003_tpm_hwug.pdf).

The link says "iPN FCI 20021321-00014D4LF", so I could get "FCI 20021321-00014D4LF(http://kr.mouser.com/ProductDetail/FCI/20021321-00014D4LF/?qs=oJs1R%252bxK6kSmzxrMv2VpXA%3D%3D http://kr.mouser.com/ProductDetail/FCI/20021321-00014D4LF/?qs=oJs1R%252bxK6kSmzxrMv2VpXA%3D%3D)".

In "FCI 20021321-00014D4LF" data sheet, the pitch is 1.27(I am not sure it is 1.27mm).

I need someone's help.

The connector pitch for the TPM(Trusted Platform Module) is 0.65mm for the ST microelectronic component embedded on it.
