Using a s2600tpr with rmm4, I don't seem to be able to redirect a drive through the java console so I can remotely update the bios.
Considering I know that my usb/iso is functional, since it works when I connect it physically, is it at all possible to remotely update the bios/fw in this fashion?

Hello bokkepoot,
Thanks for joining the community.
It is certainly possible to update BIOS using the media redirection feature of RMM4. Let me share with you the RMM4 User Guide which explains the media redirection functionality from page 64 on https://www.intel.com/content/dam/support/us/en/documents/motherboards/server/sb/intel_rmm4_bmc_ews_userguide_r2_8.pdf# page=76 https://www.intel.com/content/dam/support/us/en/documents/motherboards/server/sb/intel_rmm4_bmc_ews_userguide_r2_8.pdf# page=76
The steps to update BIOS are the following:
1. Download and copy the BIOS file to the root of you USB drive
2. Boot the server to the UEFI shell
3. Mount the USB drive
4. Type Startup.nsh
5. Follow on screen instructions.
