s5000xvn no boot after second cpu installation

So far I was running system with one 5150 SL9RU. Everything fine, though, bios was very old, I performed updates from 86b.03 to 86b.04 and then another to 86b.06. Will update to 86b.10 and 86b.12. Is there a possibility that old bios was not enabling me to use two cpus? or is it different problem? When I mounted second cpu system did not boot. After poweing up fans run at full speed, post leds (status 1,2,3,4,) solid amber - off,off,green,red (Starting application processor initialization).

I tried to populate first cpu slot with new cpu just to make sure it works, yes, it works. But if I'm trying to boot with two cpus, system does not let me through post nad it's not possible to enter bios or boot system.

I've checked cpus in sisoft sandra. I found something like this:

Both cpus have the same stepping, they both are xeons 5150 SL9RU. Seems like core voltage rating and max core voltage differs. Is it possible that this gives voltage mismatch+system fails to boot? Is there a chance to adjust or reset voltage on cpu?

After checking system log in active system console I found this:

what does it mean?

So it would mean faulty mobo again. I'm using this mobo right now with one cpu. Sounds like I've got bad luck cause this is third mobo from intel which is faulty. I'm gonna buy asus this time. Maybe it will bring me more luck.

I have had nothing but problems with my Intel S5000VSA. This is also my second motherboard, aside from the post errors, there has been unexpected unusual behavior from this MB since day 1. It is unreliable and a very expensive peice of junk which has cost countless hours in time and support. I too will be going to an ASUS product ASAP.

You may want to check if you power supply, especially the 12V rail, is sufficient.
