Remove the memory modules and try to power-on. If no beeps - that can be PSU or motherboard.

Hi , How i can know if the problem is motherboard or PSU , Because the server work there is SSH connection , but many time hang without Error message OS log , no SSH connection and the server have 2 PSU

So if sever actually works for some time, enable all event logs in BIOS Setup and, after next hang and power cycle, read BIOS event log, it may contain the clues.

Ow, that hardware may not contain event log viewer in BIOS setup. If so, proceed to
