update firmware on efi style motherboard (intel s3200sh)

Hi,

I am very used to updating BIOS style firmware but wish to do this on an S3200SH motherboard which uses EFI.

I have the docs but am at a loss.

Would some one mind giving me some steps on doing this?

an update via the EFI Shell is just one way - you are not limited to this

you should take a look at this: "Updating BIOS, FRUSDR and BMC using the EFI Shell"
