update motherboard BIOS S3420GPC

Hello gentlemen.
Could you help me, I couldn't find the bios for this mainboard, I need to update the bios, it doesn't save the settings (VT) when it turns off it deletes the settings, battery (2032) OK.
I would like to update the bios, but I couldn't find it here on the website.
Can you help me.
