App wont install on ipad

Hello,

I have an issue with my app since i cant install it on my ipad.
first i tried doing it with itunes and download it in that way but this was not possible.
Then i tried to download the app with the OTA link and it gave this error:

"your app cant be installed right now"

Do you have any idea what the problem is with the ipad or app why i cant download it?

ome informatie what might be relevant:
- Using an ipad 2 with ios 9.2.1
- Using a windows pc with windows 10
- Using Intel XDK version 2893
- Using the apple official mail app to download the app(it should work that way)

Please ask if you need more info

Maybe you should change the store settings and then try again. most of the time it is related to the store

And can you please tell the itunes version that you are using ?
