Can't use debugging tool

hi, lately when i use the tab DEBUG i can execute my app in my test device correctly, but i when i want use the debugging tool for inspect my app this not working, the intel xdk stay frozen preparing files for my remote debugging sesion. i removed intel xdk of my computer and my phone and i install again but this is not a solution. i have a other computer when the same version of intel xdk and i have the same problem. the version of intel xdk is 3522, OS windows 10 and OS X Yosemite 10.10.5 days earlier i haven't this problem. thanks for you help. i stay pending

Does the Debug tab work with the "hello cordova" sample, or do you get the same results?
