Not really sure how we can help you with just a screenshot.

I can tell the build failed, and thats about it. It tells you that its missing a Windows publisher ID. Did you set on in the build settings?

You can find information on how to build for Windows 8 or Windows Phone 8.1 here: https://software.intel.com/en-us/forums/intel-xdk/topic/563699

You should update your publisher ID from your Windows Dev Center Dashboard in your XDK build settings.
