Debug module build and install hit or miss.

Every once in a while, the debug module will claim that basically everything's new (all the plugins) and ask to build a whole new module by pressing start.

So, I do it and it uploads, builds, downloads and installs.

Except it doesn't because once it's done it goes back to telling me all the plugins are new and I need to build a whole new debug module.

Is there a way around this? The debug module apk is there in the Intel XDK's files but it's either not being installed on the device or... something.

Ideas?

Quick edit: Actual build page and functionality works perfectly fine but I'd prefer the debug page for some tasks.

EDIT: Turns out that if I had checked the adb logs properly, I would have seen an install issue which pointed me right at the problem.

Can you provide some screenshots?

Which XDK version are you using?

Nevermind it was a build issue in the code (a permission was being issued to the wrong app id because you guys don't support gradle).

Don't worry about it for now.
