Hi,
I've got the problem with depth on RealSense F200 Camera (ordered from Intel). Color works good but depth isn't. I've installed DCM (1.4.27.41944) and SDK (7.0.23.8048) without any problems (3 drivers are okay in device manager: virtual, rgb, depth). Camera has last version of firmware.
I've tested on 2 systems: win 10 x64 and win 7 x64, and both have same problem. Win 7 hasn't other camera, win 10 has integrated one.
When I start any sample with depth or IR camera indicator blink (on and immediately off). Init function return success, but after that camera return error for all operations. I think it could be problem with power suply, does anybody got this problem?

First, F200 did not support win7. It ONLY support win 8.1 or win 10. For win 10 system, could you update F200 DCM to latest version via windows update? You can go to Device Manager and right click those three F200 devices and update to latest version, Please let me know if this issue go away. Thanks!

Hi David,
Thanks for the answer. I've updated all drivers and nothing has been changed.
Thanks

Could you collect the logs so I can figure out if it is HW issue? Please following this steps @https://software.intel.com/sites/landingpage/realsense/camera-sdk/v1.1/documentation/html/doc_sdkinfo_logging_control.html. Thanks!
