Hi I'm on vacation in Cancun yet need to download an evaluation copy of System Studio. I have received a trial license, but when I ask to download a windows version, there is nothing. No versions of the software are available to download: all I get is this message and a trade-control message below that.

What am I doing wrong (apart from trying to work while on vacation...)??
