Error #10052: could not checkout FLEXlm license

I am working on Fortran coding through VS. But my VS now does not work and always indicates"Error #10052: could not checkout FLEXlm license" . I tried rebooting the system, but it is like that and not working.

Is there any advice on solving this issue and getting my VS back to work? Thanks a lot in advance.

Problem is solved, it is because my previous linked license expired. Thanks anyways.

I have download and installed parallel studio XE 2018 but having the following error when I tried to compile a program and ABAQUS does not link the compiler.

Error : A license for (Comp-FL) could not be found.

#10052 could not checkout FLEXim license.

 

My serial is VL8B-CDWJN5LL
