Failed to install Windows 7 driver for RS200

When I installed Windows 7 driver (intel_rs_dcm_r200_2.1.27.2853)  the first time, RS200 firmware was updated and driver was installed, but when I tried to run Camera Explorer, I got "Not Connected".  I uninstalled driver and tried to reinstall driver but got "Intel RealSense firmware update failed, To install this program at a later time, run Setup Wizard again".

Three RS200 devices (Depth, Left-Right, RGB) showed under "Imaging Devices" in Device Manager without reinstall driver, but I could not run Camera Explorer or SDK samples.

Thanks in advance for help.
