Floating licenses on Linux and Windows

My company is thinking of buying floating licenses for Intel® Parallel Studio XE 2016  Composer Edition for C++ (no Fortran).

We only need one floating license (2 users). If I look at the comparison on Intel's web page it does not say if a floating license will cover Linux and Windows (for the C++ only case).

According to this link I have to buy a floating one for Windows and and a floating one for Linux, http://www.greymatter.com/product/Intel/Intel-Parallel-Studio-XE-Composer-Edition-for-C++/1205702

Will a floating license (for C++ only) cover Linux and Windows?

Hello,

Thank you for your interest in Intel® Software. There is a separate license for each OS. For more information please contact the reseller.

Regards,
