Generate p12 file

Is there an alternative in generating a p12 file without using a mac?

I have reached to this point and I am stuck because of not having a mac with keychain access to generate a p12 file format.

You can build your app without needing a p12. Please see the directions here https://software.intel.com/en-us/xdk/docs/building-cordova-ios-apps-intel-xdk
