Hi,
your CPU does not support Virtualization technology which is a requirement for HAXM.
You can look on http://ark.intel.com a certain CPU supports virtualization. Your CPU is here. Look for the entry "Intel® Virtualization Technology (VT-x)".
Sorry for not having better news for you.
Thanks,
Alex

hi alex,
tanks you for the response.
Do you know a way bypass this? Perhaps through a virtual machine as VMware ?

Hi,
this is a missing hardware feature. You can't solve this other than buying new hardware.
On the other side you don't need HAXM in order to get the Android emulator working. HAXM accelerates the existing Android emulator but not adding new functionality. So you can still use the Android emulator but it will be slow.
