HELP! Sidemenu and background color

Hi guys, i'm a beginner in development. i can't not bring the sidemenu of the index page on other pages of application. How make it?

second question: If emulate app in Iphone i have a background-colore white, but if emulate in android or windows i have a background color black!

Hi !

I do not know about the first question because it depends upon the program that you use 

and let me tell you about the last question. please check the dimensions first and the run the app with different setting on iphone.
