Hello guys!
On gentoo there's no package to use xe cluster edition and I need to install scientific package: octave: https://packages.gentoo.org/packages/sci-mathematics/octave
It has a dependencies like: dev-libs/intel-common and dev-lang/ifc
but it uses old version of XE package. Where can I download this stuff from ?
Calculating dependencies... done!
[ebuild N F ~] dev-libs/intel-common-18.0.2.199-r1 USE="compiler mpi openmp -doc" ABI_X86="(64) -32"
[ebuild N F ~] dev-lang/ifc-18.0.2.199-r1 USE="-doc" ABI_X86="(64) -32"
Fetch instructions for dev-libs/intel-common-18.0.2.199-r1:
* Please download
* parallel_studio_xe_2018_update2_professional_edition.tgz
* from
* https://registrationcenter.intel.com/RegCenter/MyProducts.aspx
* and place the tarball in your DISTDIR directory.

And is it possible to download it for free since I am Coursera student and working on course: machine learning to get more experience in this area. If its not possible, what would be the cheapest option to get this package ?
