How to/Can I use the Intel vPro Platform Solution manager to Update multiple Client PC BIOS over a network?

So I am trying to update/flash some company PC's BIOS and I thought that the 'intel vPro platform solution manager' could be a useful tool in doing so. I would like to know if this is even possible and if so, how would I go about doing this? Also at the moment it is saying I cannot connect to any of the PC's I am trying to connect to, I'm also curious as to reasons why I would not able to establish a connection even though all of the detaiIs I am entering are correct.
