hello, i am here to say hello to everyone. my computer has been confronted problems ,and the software is the key point. and i do not know how to manage this.

Hello,

For software issues, we recommend contacting the software vendor, as they will best know the system requirements of the software. If your whole system is affected, you should contact your operating system vendor for support.
