IPP registration move to another account or share among several accounts

I have very similar issue as discussed here

I have officially bought licence for IPP 7 by my employer.
The product has been registered, but I don't know on which account.

Seems to me, that account ID and e-mail address are lost both.
How to get support and updates in this circumstances?
