Invalid academic e-mail address

Hello,

I'm a Brazilian student at INATEL university (http://inatel.br) and I can't obtain a student license for Intel® Parallel Studio XE Cluster Edition.
My academic e-mail domain (@gec.inatel.br) does not correspond to a degree-granting academic institution.

Domain format: @course.inatel.br

I appreciate any help.
