Mobile Intel(R) 915GM/GMS,910GML Express Chipset Family Drivers wont intialize or reinstall

Hi,

I own a Hp Pavillion Dv4000 laptop and Windows will not intialize the drivers for my Mobile Intel 915GM/GMS,910GML Express Chipset Family display adapter. It just runs windows on a standard vga driver. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the drivers many times but I receive the same results. Windows is giving me the "Windows cannot initialize the device driver for this hardware. (Code 37)" error. Any suggestions?


Heres some system info:

Operating System: Windows XP Home Edition (5.1, Build 2600) Service Pack 2 (2600.xpsp_sp2_gdr.050301-1519)

Language: English (Regional Setting: English)

System Manufacturer: Hewlett-Packard

System Model: Pavilion dv4000 (EC315UA#ABA)

BIOS: Ver 1.00PARTTBLX

Processor: Intel Pentium M processor 1.73GHz

Memory: 1014MB RAM

Hi,

Did u get any solution to you issue? I am also facing same issue.

I have DELL Inspiron 6000 notebook with "Mobile Intel 915GM/GMS,

910GML Express Chipset Family" graphics. I took this notebook

originally with Windows XP Media Center Edition. Few days back I had

uninstall windows, and this time I installed XP Pro. But now I see

Windows will not intialize the drivers for my Mobile Intel

915GM/GMS,910GML Express Chipset Family display adapte. I tried all

means like uninstall/install driver. but still not able to resolve

issuel. I don't even get options for Hibernate/Standby and Display

Properties.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
