Hi,
I know my questions have been asked before here because I can search on similar titles, but so many result in "page not found" errors that I have to ask again.
I have purchased a renewal serial number. On logging onto the account, it tells me the old serial has expired (Dec 2010) so I tried to register my new number which should have 6 months time left on it. The message tells me that it cannot register the new serial. I think that the license, products, and support types match.
Is there something else that I need to address? Thanks!
