I'm trying to contact support for license renewal but I'm unable to log to premier.intel.com. I have correct credentials, the website then asks me to complete some info of my profile and I then got the message:
You do not currently have access to the requested site. For assistance, please refer to our contact information here.
I have seen in the forum that several users got the same problem and the problem seems to have fix internally without public procedure. Can you help?
