Processor I5 4670K

Ram 8 GB

Kamera F200

SDK R2 (not work, not installed virtual driver for 3D camera)

That errorcode looks like a Microsoft .msi error. The download might be corrupt (due to download) or for some reason is having trouble with your mis registration database. Did you uninstall the previous DCM from the Uninstall a Program list?

Yes. I uninstall the previous DCM from the Uninstall a Program list.

During the removal of the program was the crash (blue screen of death)

A crash could have corrupted your MSI database. You'll need to fix that. Microsoft has tools to repair that database - you might look at https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/kb/971187 .
