Plugins for IOS ads through Cordova & Appodeal?

Cordova & Appodeal for ads so far.

I've been trying for nearly a week, to get ads to work on my latest ios game. I have working ads on Android, it is up on the google play store working fine. I have a working version of my game on my Iphone6. All certificates and provisioning completed. Everything fine. 

I've tried used xcode, I've tried Cordova, Appodeal plugins, cranberry plugins, phonegap and what seems like everything. 

Has anyone ever been able to get ads working on IOS through XDK? 

I've now moved onto trying with cocoon.
