Hello,
I've just received the RealSense SR300. I'm trying to install the DCM utility (intel_rs_dcm_sr300_3.0.24.59748), but when try to auto-install firmware updates, it end prematurely, by giving out this error message:
I've tried different USB 3.0 ports, reboot the machine over and over againt. Nothing changes.
I have no problem with the F200 camera.
That's what's listed on my device manager:
I'm using Windows 10 Pro, build 10586.122.
Any help?
Thanks!

Can you check in Programs and see what Intel Depth Cam Managers you show installed?
And send your installation logs from %TEMP%\micl_tmp_%username% and collect all the log under 2016.XXXXXXXXXX \log

Hi,
I was having the same issue. I fixed it by unistalling DCM for F200.
Please make sure that you have already uninstalled your F200 DCM before installing the SR300.
Cheers.

Hi,
I've removed the old DCM for the F200, moreover I've uninstalled all the stuff related to intel*.
I'll attach the request logs, hope it helps ;)
