Unable to fully download the XDK

Using Win 10. Downloads to the very last second and then fails. I have tried this at least 10 times using Firefox and I.E.

Try using Chrome or Edge. We generally use Chrome for most our work and have not been seeing such an issue with downloads.

Same issue still exists, and transfer dies with Chrome, and Explorer.

Can get all the way to 300MB of the 33MByte transfer and fails.
