Unable to take ownership of license from legacy account

Hi,

I discovered a license was missing from our registration center account (probably incorrectly registered to a legacy, forgotten account within our domain).  I entered the SN and clicked register which successfully added the SN to my Products list, however, I'm unable to do anything with it as it states "only the administrator may perform this operation"?

https://software.intel.com/en-us/articles/transferring-a-license-to-another-person mentions a "Take Ownership" page in order to complete the 'pull' license task, but I do not see the page?

Can you offer some guidance please?
