Hello,
I have several out-of-date versions of Parallel Studio that I am trying to uninstall, but keep getting the message "Another instance of setup has been detected. Please complete the other install and try again." How do I abort this background install so that I can remove the out-of-date versions?
I am running Windows 10, uninstalling from the control panel programs and features and restarting has not helped.

Hi Chris,
A developer in installation team is looking at this issue. He asked me to collect more information:
1. steps of uninstallation
2. were you removing from Add/remove programs or using existing installer?
3. I'm assuming that you were removing the products one by one, instead of doing that simultaneously. Please kindly confirm.
4. Did you succeed in removing any of the installed products or not?
Thank you in advance.
