Update from 2366 to 2548

Hi there,

I have a problem with the update for the Intel XDK. Everytime when I start the XDK, it wants to install the Update. After I close and restart the tool it gose back to version 2366.

I read that you have to update from version 24xx but I didn't find this update file on the homepage.

How can I fix this problem?

Hi Arne, 

Our latest released version is 2548. There are two possible workaround.

You can either keep two versions of the xdk old and new. Her is the procedure to do so.

Follow the instructions in this forum post to install more than one copy of the Intel XDK onto your development system.

Or you can uninstall the old one completely and fresh install the new one.

How do I completely Uninstall?

I recommend uninstalling your current Intel XDK version and downloading the latest version of Intel XDK at https://software.intel.com/en-us/intel-xdk.
